Don has 25+ years of experience in the aggregate and transport industry, where he founded Diadon Enterprises along with several other businesses. In his career, he's successfully provided aggregate and materials to multiple government infrastructure and transportation projects totaling $4BN+ in budget. He brings a wealth of disciplined, strategic thinking to ensure he meets the deadlines and needs of his customers.

Tony Gonzalez

Tony has 20+ years of experience in the aggregates industry, and he has managed logistics for the largest single site quarry in the Southeast U.S. He is co-owner of ASR Materials, a logistics and construction material distributor company. Through his career he has supplied materials and aggregate to multiple $1BN+ government infrastructure projects.

Daniel Kochis

Daniel is an accomplished deal maker with a history of driving strategic growth. With experience at Alibaba and Chainlink, Daniel has closed over 500 strategic partnerships, translating to over $15B in market capitalization growth. He maintains an advisory role with Chainlink and has positioned the company as the industry standard in Web3 middleware that has secured $7TN+ in transactional value in a single year.

Kimberly Shephard

Kimberly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her career in the nuclear manufacturing industry where she was responsible for bringing two redesigns from development to full production of components for reactors that power Virginia Class submarines. She is an experienced engineer with a proven ability to design and implement processes that meet contract specifications and quality standards.

Fernando has 25+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with particular expertise in the optimization of cross border manufacturing processes and operations. He has participated in numerous acquisitions, market studies, and due diligence studies for financial firms investing in a number of industries, including construction.

Vada Hill

Vada is a creative and versatile marketing and advertising leader with a track record of successes. With experience as Chief Marketing Officer for Jackson Hewitt, Fannie Mae, and Taco Bell, Vada has effectively led and collaborated with others to craft and implement breakthrough brand and product innovations.

He has also served as an advertising executive at Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO, was a member of the Bush/Cheney Re-Elect’s Strategy and Media Team, and was co-host of a Biden/Harris Victory Fund event raising capital for the campaign.
